We're open from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Do I need to be a member to participate in a class?

Yes, you need to be a member, but we also offer guest passes if you'd like to give it a try. Join our trial class here.

Are there parking spaces at your location?

We don't provide parking, but there are plenty of "blue striped" parking spaces in the vicinity.

Are there bike racks at your location?

We have bike racks available outside our fitness studio. Please bring your own lock or chain.

Is your Open Mat session free?

Yes, our Open Mat session is free for everyone.

Which grappling techniques do you offer?

We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Nogi.

What should I wear for grappling training?

A Gi or Rashguard and Spats would be great. It's best to ask before your first training what you need.

Is grappling suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! If you are a beginner, it's best to ask the trainers about the basic or beginner course. Our trainers ensure that you feel safe and learn everything step by step.

What striking techniques do you teach?

We offer courses in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing.

What equipment do I need for striking?

Boxing gloves, shin guards, and a mouthguard. A groin guard is also a good idea.

Can beginners join you?

Of course, whether you're a beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome with us. As a beginner, it would be good to ask the trainers about the basic or beginner course.

Do I need prior experience to train MMA?

No, whether you're a beginner or a professional, we have the right course for you. For starters, we recommend inquiring about the basic course.

What do I need for MMA training?

MMA gloves, shin guards, mouthguard, and groin guard. A rashguard and spats would also be good.

How often should I train to become really good at MMA?

It depends on what you want to achieve. For fitness, 2-3 times a week is sufficient. However, if you want to make serious progress, you should train more often and intensely. And don't forget, if you're unsure, always ask our trainers - they're here to help!

What fitness courses do you offer?

Twice a week, we offer circuit training based on functional fitness, inspired by the conditioning of fighters.

I'm new to fitness. Which course is best suited for me?

If you're new and looking for a challenge, our circuit training is perfect to start with. It offers a mix of strength and endurance training. If you're unsure, just ask our trainers for recommendations.

Do I need special equipment or clothing for the fitness courses?

For our circuit training, all you need is sporty attire and a good pair of sneakers (barefoot is also fine). We provide all other equipment.

How often should I train to see visible results?

The training takes place twice a week, and regular participation will help you achieve visible results in your fitness and conditioning.
