Our BJJ Talents program is designed for teenagers aged 12 to 16, offering a comprehensive introduction to the exciting world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Whether you’re completely new to the sport or already curious about learning to fight, our program is a low-threshold, inclusive offer for both boys and girls, aiming to develop skills, experience, and athleticism.
Led by Coach Domi, our sessions focus on building foundational movements, fostering athletic development, and sparking a lasting interest in martial arts. The training is carefully structured to ensure a balance of learning and fun, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
Training Times and Pricing
- When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 60 minutes per session (2 hours per week).
- Cost: one time per week €50/month and two times per week €80/month
What You’ll Learn
Our program emphasizes skill-building through progressive training steps, helping young athletes develop their technical and tactical understanding of BJJ:
1. Foundational Movements and Athleticism
- Learn basic grappling techniques.
- Practice essential wrestling movements like shoots, sprawls, and falling techniques to build confidence and coordination.
2. Partner Drills
- Work on integrating grappling with wrestling through shoots and partner drills.
- Combine double- and single-leg takedowns with body lock systems to improve grappling skills.
3. Tactical Awareness
- Develop a deeper understanding of BJJ strategy, including wrestling, and refine your ability to mix wrestling and grappling effectively.
Each session combines grappling techniques and partner drills tailored to the unique demands of BJJ, ensuring well-rounded development.

Coach Domi – Our BJJ Expert
Domi is studying educational sciences and works full-time in a socially challenging environment, where he demonstrates his pedagogical skills on a daily basis. Known as a walking BJJ encyclopedia, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of modern BJJ and what truly matters in the sport.
Beyond his impressive athletic presence, Domi has gained experience on the mats, showcasing what it takes to be an outstanding athlete. His versatility allows him to cover every aspect of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – from grappling to strategic planning.
With his unique combination of educational expertise, sports proficiency, and practical fighting experience, Domi is an invaluable part of our team and an inspiring mentor for all aspiring BJJ talents.
Mixed Martial Arts

Self-Defense
- Providing practical skills to handle real-life situations.

Athletics Training
- Improving overall fitness through strength, mobility, and endurance exercises.
- Establishing a solid foundation for athletic performance and long-term health.
- Training clothes: Comfortable sportswear that allows for freedom of movement, such as tracksuits, T-shirts, and sport shorts, is necessary to move freely during training.

Barefoot: All our sports are trained barefoot on mats.

Water Bottle: A water bottle is essential to keep you hydrated and ensure you are getting enough fluids during training.

Backpack or Sports Bag: A bag, such as a backpack or sports bag, is practical for safely and conveniently transporting all the equipment to the training session.
